The agreements that govern the Climb Analytics application are published here in full, with the same version and hash the app records when a user accepts them. Website policies follow below.

Application agreements

Accepted inside the app. Readable here.

Every enabled user reviews the applicable agreement in the Climb Analytics app, scrolls to the end, types their name, and clicks I agree and accept. The app stores the agreement version, its SHA-256 hash, the full text, the signature, and the date.

Paying and production customers

Climb Analytics Subscription Terms of Use

The terms that govern paid or production access to the Climb Analytics application, dashboards, integrations, forecasts, benchmarking, and support. Every enabled user accepts these terms inside the app before using it.

Invite-only pilot and beta users

Climb Analytics Pilot and Beta Agreement

The agreement that governs invite-only pilot and beta access to Climb Analytics. Selected organizations receive a no-charge pilot period in exchange for feedback, validation, and product-development collaboration. Every enabled user accepts this agreement inside the app before using it.
