Pilot participation is limited to selected organizations. It is built for real feedback, real operational validation, and real product development before broader commercial rollout.
Pilot terms
Built for evaluation, feedback, and product hardening.
120 days without subscription charge
Pilot access is no-charge for the invited organization during the pilot period. Continued use after the pilot can move to the standard paid subscription path.
Real system access
Pilot users can use the available Climb Analytics system against their connected data, subject to the normal pilot limitations and enabled integrations.
Feedback matters
Feature requests, workflow notes, data-quality concerns, and bug reports are part of the pilot. They help prioritize the product and harden the platform.
Agreement acceptance is in-app
Each enabled non-admin user reviews the current pilot agreement, scrolls to the bottom, enters their electronic signature, and clicks I agree inside the app.
Acceptance path
The agreement of record lives in the app.
The public pilot agreement is readable from this site, but acceptance is recorded only after an organization is enabled in Climb Analytics. The app stores the full agreement text, version, hash, typed signature, acceptance date, organization, and account metadata for audit history.
Pilot access is invite only and does not begin until Climb Analytics enables the organization and the user completes the in-app agreement flow.
