You can access, delete, or correct the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of certain processing. Every request is recorded when it reaches us, identity-verified, and worked to resolution — generally within 45 days, as the law requires.

We confirm your identity before acting, to protect your data from someone impersonating you. An authorized agent may submit on your behalf with proof of authority.

We resolve it

We complete your request generally within 45 days — extendable where the law allows, and we'll tell you why — and confirm when it's done. We won't discriminate against you for asking, and you can appeal our decision.

If you're a customer of one of our customers

When a pest-control or home-service business uses Climb, we process their data on their behalf as a service provider. If your information came to us through that business, please make your request to them (the controller) and we'll assist them as required.
